- 1999 Merger of Salzmann Electrical Engineering Company and the Vispe Overhead Cable Company to form ETG Salzmann AG
- 2007 Division of ETG Salzmann AG into Salzmann Engineering and Netleit AG
Since the beginning of 2004, Salzmann engineering has been incorporated into the family-owned IED Holdings company (with a workforce of 140). Sister companies include long-established companies which are active throughout Switzerland and abroad. This integration within IED holdings helps to strengthen Salzmann’s market position and the company is ideally placed to take on future prestigious projects.
